Lyndsay Romano serves as Associate Director of Administrative Operations at Sweet Blue Swim Academy, where she brings a strong foundation in executive support, project management, and operational strategy. She holds a degree in Psychology from UMASS Amherst and has spent more than a decade supporting leadership teams and overseeing operations across industries including manufacturing, real estate, and property management.
Her connection to the water began early. As a child, Lyndsay competed on youth swim teams and spent summers in the pool, developing both skill and a deep appreciation for the sport. Joining Sweet Blue allows her to blend her professional strengths with a lifelong love of swimming and a passion for helping young athletes grow.
